Prices shown on this site are indicative and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed once the date is agreed in writing (WhatsApp or email). Payment is due on delivery of the final images unless agreed otherwise.
Delivered photographs and videos are licensed to the client for the marketing of the photographed property (portals, websites, social networks, print). The photographer retains authorship and may use the images for portfolio and self-promotion unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Aerial (drone) photography is only possible where local aviation rules allow it: the property must lie within an authorized flight zone. Some areas require prior authorization or are entirely restricted (near airports, protected or urban sites…), and feasibility depends on the exact location and the conditions on the day. Please ask before requesting a drone shoot so the zone can be checked in advance — a drone add-on is confirmed only once the location is cleared.
Shoots can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Drone and exterior sessions depending on weather are rescheduled at no cost.
